Alexis Nikolich (she/her) is a nature lover, advocate, and endometriosis patient. Having experienced mostly-dismissed symptoms since age 11, Alexis believes there needs to be more awareness of endometriosis in the general public to facilitate earlier diagnosis, research into better diagnosis and treatment options, and ultimately improve the quality of life for people with endometriosis.

Alexis organized The Endo Network’s Run To End Endo™ in Toronto, Ontario in 2019, and successfully expanded the run to become a virtual Canada-wide and global event in 2020. The Endo Network’s Run To End Endo™ was considered a finalist of CharityVillage's inaugural Best Fundraising Campaign under 20 staff award in 2021, and was also considered one of the top five finalists in 2022.

As a result of her efforts, Alexis Nikolich was invited to join the board of The Endometriosis Network Canada in 2019, and currently operates as the run director and TENC's support group coordinator.

Alexis is grateful to live, work and gather on the land of the Mississaugas of the Anishinaabe, the Haudenosaunee Confederacy and the Wendat.
